No. Once a listing is published and live, the fee is non-refundable. The listing remains active for the full 30 days regardless of whether you fill the role. We recommend reviewing your requirements carefully before publishing.

Your listing expires and is removed from matches. You can renew it for another 30 days at the same flat rate. Existing applications in your pipeline remain accessible after expiry — you do not lose candidate data.

Minor edits (title, description) are allowed. Changing core requirements — tech stack, salary range, experience level — will affect match scores for new applicants. Existing applications are not re-scored retroactively.

Yes. Each listing is priced individually at €199. There is no bundle pricing or minimum commitment — pay only for what you post.

The matching algorithm surfaces candidates based on structured fit. If the match scores are low across the board, the breakdown will show you exactly why — most often it's salary range, required tech stack, or experience level. You can adjust requirements and renew the listing.

When a candidate applies, you have 3 days to respond — either request a connection or decline. If you miss that window, the application is automatically archived. This keeps your pipeline clean and protects candidates from waiting indefinitely.

The 3-day deadline is firm. If you need more time before making a decision, you can request a connection early — this moves the application to the next stage and gives both sides 7 days to progress. The candidate's profile is only revealed when they accept the connection.

Once a candidate accepts your connection request, their full profile — name and contact details — becomes visible to you. From there, you can take the conversation outside the platform. The connected stage has a 7-day window before it auto-archives.

No. Auto-archived applications are closed. If you are interested in a candidate again, you would need them to re-apply to a new or renewed listing.

Yes, always. Matching, applying, pipeline tracking, and profile setup are all free. There is no premium tier for candidates. The platform is funded by companies posting roles.

Your score is calculated across five dimensions: tech stack (40%), salary alignment (20%), experience (20%), work type preference (10%), and region (10%). Each dimension is scored individually and combined into an overall percentage. The full breakdown is visible on every match.

No. When you apply, the company sees your match score and gap breakdown only. Your name and contact details remain hidden until you explicitly accept a connection request from them.

If a company doesn't respond within 3 days, your application is automatically archived and you are notified. You will not be left waiting. You can re-apply to other roles immediately.

Connected means both sides have agreed to move forward. The company has requested a connection and you have accepted. At that point, your full profile is visible to them and you can communicate directly. There is a 7-day window before the stage auto-closes.

You can sign up and browse matches immediately without verifying. Email verification is required before companies can initiate outreach with you. You can verify at any time from your profile security settings.
