Job max salary vs your minimum target. Full score if the range meets your floor — no score if the budget doesn't reach it.

Your years of experience vs the job requirement. Slightly over means full score. Significantly under reduces the match.
10%WORK TYPE
Remote / Hybrid / On-site preference alignment. A mismatch here is visible and labelled — never silently penalised.
